Booking terms

1. General

This document summarises the conditions for online booking requests and participation in Segway tours offered by Bodrum Segway Tour. By purchasing a tour or submitting a booking form you confirm that you have read and accept these terms.

2. Booking and confirmation

Requests sent via the website are provisional. Confirmed participation is determined by our email or phone confirmation or by payment/approval procedures. Shown times and capacity may change according to availability and weather.

3. Fees

Prices shown on the site are per person for the relevant tour package; amounts in the stated currency (e.g. €) apply as described on the tour page. Taxes or extra fees, if any, are stated at tour or payment stage.

4. Cancellation and date changes

• Cancellation or date change requests made at least 24 hours before the tour start time are handled subject to availability and our policy; refund or alternative date terms are clarified in your booking confirmation or with our team.
• Cancellations within the last 24 hours may be subject to partial charge or no refund.
• We may postpone or cancel tours for safety, severe weather or force majeure; we will inform you as soon as possible and suggest a suitable solution (e.g. alternative date).

5. Participation and safety

• Participation depends on following the guide’s safety instructions and wearing helmet and protective equipment as provided.
• Pregnancy, serious balance or mobility issues, cardiovascular conditions and similar may mean participation is not suitable; contact us before the tour if in doubt.
• Guests under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be accepted. The guide may require a participant to leave the tour if safety requires it.
• Groups and routes are run with respect to pedestrians and local rules.

6. Limitation of liability

We undertake to provide the tour service with due care. Our liability for damage arising from failure to follow the guide’s instructions, your own fault or third parties is limited as provided by applicable law.
